Private room for rent, Either $ a month or $ utilities included.

Currently have a room available in Paducah kentucky.

It will be me and my current roomie we are very polite , and neat. She and I are very nice and keep to ourselves.

The home is around square feet, living room is spacious, rooms are giant with closets, have plenty of parking. It’s on 5 acres so no noise complaints from neighbors, have a giant fenced in backyard for animals to run.

I am the home owner and am very open to discussion about rent and agreements so please feel free to message me with any questions.

Utilities are split three ways between all of us to make it cheaper, usually averages about $ extra per person.

-Trash (Every 3 months)
-Internet (Unlimited Data)
-Gas (in winter)
