Private room with shared bathroom

Description

I live in a large house in Sacramento near the intersection of Stockton and th Avenue. There are 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a breakfast nook, a dining room, a laundry room, a living room, an upstairs lounge, and a basement. The room I’m renting is the largest bedroom upstairs. It has a king bed, a dresser, a desk, and of course a closet. The house has a backyard with a garage, but its use is unavailable. In addition, I have dogs that are very sweet and very loving. No additional pets are permitted. Our household is quiet and clean. Household chores are part of the roommate agreement. I’m looking for someone tidy, low-drama, open-minded, employed, or a full-time student dog lover. This space would be great for a traveling nurse because we are close to U.C. Davis, Mercy, and Sutter Hospitals. Thank you for your interest. My room is still available. We are looking for someone who will feel comfortable in our home. We have a peaceful, quiet, home environment where everyone feels safe, accepted, and respected.

The available bedroom has a king bed, sofa, a dresser, a desk, and, of course, a closet. I will be renting the room to just one person. I have listed the room for $, which includes utilities.

Our house is LGTBQ - friendly. Both of my roommates are in their twenties. I, on the other hand, am not in my twenties, which gives me my humor, wisdom, and patience. I have sweet dogs that are generally not allowed upstairs. They are happy to have a big backyard.
What kind of dog do you have? They would have to get along with my dogs
