Located in the Cottage Grove area, next to the Heights. Walking distance from the White Oak Trail and bike path, a 5-minute drive to M-K-T for shopping and dining, and just minutes from Memorial Park.


PLEASE NOTE: Common areas are unfurnished but will be furnished soon. All major appliances/furniture will be provided for the common areas. Individual rooms are unfurnished -- roommates will bring their own furniture.

Looking for young professionals who want a mix of privacy and community. My goal is to create a harmonious and friendly living space, where we can spend time together, have shared meals, and enjoy each others' company.

Must be LGBTQ+ friendly, must be ok with a friendly, medium-sized dog, and clean up after yourself in the common areas. Smoking only in the balcony or terrace, not in the house. No guns in the house.

Some storage available in the garage if you need additional space.

The house has 2 covered parking spots in an attached garage, or parking available in uncovered lot a block away. Street parking is also an option, but isn't plentiful in this area.
