I am located close to Tramway/Central and am in search of a reliable roommate. Large four and a half bedroom, two and a half bathroom home. Must be dog friendly.
Pets allowed and there is fenced yard access.
Room rental is on the 2nd floor and is a standard size bedroom with a medium closet, hardwood floors, and private balcony access. UNFURNISHED. Upstairs bathroom is shared with other roommate. Master bedroom and bathroom are for my use only.
Utilities will be split between me and one other roommate, house has solar so electric bill is cheap. I do not smoke, but smoking is allowed as long as it is outside. Washer and dryer available for use. Some garage storage available.
