Hello my 2 roommates will be moving out when our lease ends mid January and I’m looking to fill up the open 2 rooms in our house. We live in a bath
house and once my roommates leave, the master bedroom which has a private bathroom will be available and the other room has its own bathroom right next to it will also be open. The rooms will be unfurnished when my roomates leave. Our common area is located on the top floor of the house with a nice view of mission valley from the balcony. We also have a washer and dryer in the garage as well. The rent for the master bedroom is listed at $ and the other room with the bathroom is $. We’re located right behind the fashion valley mall in a quiet neighborhood with community tennis courts and a pool right down the street. A little info about me, I’m a year old working professional with a
