I'm renting out one of my spare bedrooms. Utilities such as electricity, water, and internet are included in the rent.

The location is 3 minutes away from interstate ten, a few minutes away from Our Lady of the Lake RMC, 4 minutes away from Baton Rouge General hospital, and minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Located in the Jefferson Terrace and Inniswold neighborhood. It is safe and quiet here.

Includes access to the living room, full bathroom (only shower is shared with one other tenant), full kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, front patio with swing, and backyard. The bedroom is furnished and has a built-in closet. No carpets anywhere. Walking distance to a BREC park. Ample parking space.

As for me, I'm a nurse and I work full-time. If I'm not working, I'll be at church, or relaxing at home.

I'm looking to rent out this bedroom to an individual who likes a clean house, who is honest, no drama, can get along with others, likes pets, and no nonsense. Must provide references, and must pass background check. Deposit of four hundred dollars and first month's rent of hundred dollars must be paid on move-in date.
