Looking for a flatmate - Preston

Hi All!

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in a light-filled house in Preston, close to public transport and plenty of great local spots.

Ideally, I’m after someone who can take over the lease from my current flatmate and make this house their home. The rent is paid on the 2nd of each month, and bills are split . I’m open to a minimum stay of 6 months or longer.

The house is fully furnished with everything you’ll need except for the bedroom, which is unfurnished but comes with built-in wardrobes. We’re just a 7 minute walk to the tram and a minute walk to the train station, with lots of shops and great places to eat within walking distance.

A bit about me:
I’m , originally from the UK, but Melbourne is now home. I work full-time in an office job and am often out and about. I’m sociable and easygoing—always up for a chat and a glass of wine—but I also value downtime.

I love camping, visiting wineries, sharing great dinners, and getting lost in a good book.

You’d also be sharing the space with my one year old puppy, Rupert, who has a lovely temperament and will make coming home even better!
