Single looking for room

I am looking for a room for just me, hopefully around the dollar range. I am a weed smoker but I only smoke oil cartridges, and I'm happy to go outside if you don't want it in the house. You MUST be pet friendly. I want to get a reptile when I move out, and this is very important to me. It's part of the reason why I'm moving out of my current house. I will not be getting something like a cat or a dog, so don't worry about that. I would prefer utilities be included, but if not we can discuss that.

I generally keep to myself but I'm good at small talk. I genuinely like doing dishes so if you wanted to split up chores where I do them and you do another chore, I'm happy to do that!
