Beautiful downtown condos

Description

This is a bedroom in a shared condo in a Beautiful property right in city place. No couples or kids. Steps away from shopping, restaurants, grocery store, waterfront.
I’ve rented the room to several other friends previously. I have no pets although may be open to a pet. Must be quiet and courteous to the neighbors. Super high speed internet. Recently repainted the entire condo and remodeled the kitchen. Power cleaned all tiles. Private bathroom. Gated garage parking. Pool. The middle room is my art studio which divides the rooms. Huge walk in closet. It’s currently unfurnished but I may be able to assist in bringing a bed here from my alternate property. I often stay at the second property. Utilities and parking included
