My roomate is moving out and needs someone to take over her lease (I'm posting this for her be she doesn't have ) the apartment is bathrooms. It is located right between the state house and the horseshoe, so it's walking distance to everywhere on campus. Rent is $ plus utilities. She'll leave her room fully furnished for you for $. The room will be available mid January (definitely by the time the semester starts), so you will not need to pay January rent. The lease ends at the end of July.
