Furnished room in large quiet condo

Description

~ Seeking female roommate at this time. Clean, quiet condo located on east side of Laramie behind Walmart. Will share full bath with one other female roommate. Use of half bath downstairs. Room has full size bed, desk and desk chair, comfy chair, dresser, bookcase, side table, 2 lamps, linens, a few hangers and a couple of small storage bins in the closet. Blackout/insulated curtains. Mattress and pillows in protective covers. W/D inside unit and on same floor as bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Stationary bike/small hand weights.

~ All utilities included in the rent (HOA fee, wifi, trash, water, electric, snow/lawn). There is a small security deposit prior to move-in and a reasonable cleaning fee due upon move out. ( stripped out numbers) No pets/smoking or vaping inside the unit and no parties, sorry no exceptions. Available immediately.

~ This is my house and I am only there every couple of weeks for a few days. All female household. Will share house with two other female roommates. Daughter is twenty+ double major at UWY, works part time at a bakery. Other roommate is thirty+, works full time and seldom at the house. We are all friendly, sociable, responsible, communicative, relatively neat and also very busy. Not opposed to dinners or movies together but mostly keep to ourselves.
