Hello everyone! My roommate and I are looking for another woman to join our lease/fill a room in our -bath townhouse in Ann Arbor starting in January. We are both U of M graduate students in our s - one grad student in her early s, one law student in her late s - and have one very sweet cat in the home.

Rent: $/month (utilities not included, but typically average out to around $ per month)
Available:
Lease: ends (with the possibility to extend!)
Room: Private bedroom; the full bathroom is shared with one other roommate, and there is a half-bath downstairs as well :)
Location: Woodbury Gardens Apartments & Townhomes, a pretty quiet community. It’s a great location: about a minute walk from campus or a 5 minute drive with great access to bus lines, several great cafes within a few minutes walk (York, Black Diesel, Roos Roast), a 5 minute drive to Trader Joe’s, a quick walk to Michigan Stadium, close to Briarwood Mall.

The townhouse is very spacious with a large basement (tons of storage space!). The first floor is entirely living space and the kitchen. All three bedrooms are on the second floor. Management is very responsive and helpful when needed! There is a community clubhouse in the apartment complex with a small (but mighty!) gym, free coffee, space to study, etc - and a pool, which is so nice to have access to in the summer!!
