Hey! So I, the female, am moving out and am looking for someone to take over MY PART of the lease for my apartment in Oakridge, Orlando FL. Its about mins away from all the outlets and mins from the Florida mall :)

I will now break down the reason/cost of the deposit I am requiring. The deposit to move into this apartment was $. You would be sharing the common areas and the rest room. As far as the bedroom goes, you can either sleep in separate beds, get a divider and share the bedroom OR Get a bunkbed or you can take the living room. It is not furnished btw!
