Looking for a good roommate/place

I'm a yr old professional and moved here for a new job opportunity. I'm a very clean person, like to keep the place I live in tidy and quiet, but not opposed to having people over or get togethers you might have on your social life/routine. I do like sleep so would appreciate quiet time at night since I work your typical ish. Some of the activities I partake in: Traveling, reading, beach going(recently bought a starter board to learn to surf), longboard rides, occasional yoga, got into racket sports recently to get in better shape, board games, cooking, live music, watch and play all sports here and there. Pretty much can get onboard to try most new things and am very easy going. Looking for a place in Mission Beach area, would consider North Park, Hillcrest, Bay Park and Clairemont in that order.
