Description

This is a basement apartment with private entrance and garage. It has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, shower, spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and spacious bedroom with a queen side bed and walk-in a closet. Keep in mind this is a basement unit, so you may hear muffled noises and laughter from time to time :) utilities is included in rent cost. I have another female roommate who stays upstairs, we both work full time & don’t party much. If you do become our new roommate don’t expect us to the very social because our schedules vary most days, open to males and females. Lbgt friendly!
