I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for Bed Flat just a stones throw away from The Mercury Theatre and Colchester Highstreet.

I've lived here for 4 years hence the rent price not skyrocketing to current prices, meaning you get half of this beautiful, modern, perfectly-situated flat for £ a month.
