We have a bedroom available for immediate occupancy and is fully furnished and recently upgraded. Minimum 6 months commitment but preferred long-term. The house is two-story, 4 bedrooms and bath, approximately SF. The monthly rent would be $/mo. including all utilities (electric, water, trash and WIFI) and you have access to the entire house amenities. The room has a small closet, desk and chair, fully furnished with bed sets and decors, including " Roku HDTV with DVD player. Bathroom and laundry supplies are also provided free, and free coffee as well. The house is located in East Plano, miles to downtown Dallas, 3 miles to Watters Creek Shopping Center( Allen), 9 miles to Stonebriar Mall (Frisco), miles to Collins County College (CCCC) and miles to Shops at Legacy; and is luxurious in décor and tidy, and we understand / respect another person’s space and preference.
We are always quiet, pet-less, bugs-less, no party, non-smoker, non-drug user, no drama, no promiscuity and no sexual perversion. Overnight weekend-stays for a guest is allowed. Property is situated in a safe and clean environment / community patrolled by police officer. Periodical maintenance are done in the house, so it is in perfect condition.
