Hi Ladies,

I have 1 private bedroom and private bathroom for rent for a FEMALE ONLY. Men will be ignored. Utilities are included- including wifi. The bathroom is directly across the hall from the bedroom. I am the only other person here. I’m . I am a business owner and very busy. The lease will be from January 1st to February th. ONLY TWO MONTHS. I might have it available prior to that date. Just finishing out my lease and that lease won’t be renewed. A deposit will be required of $. I do not party and rarely have friends over. There is a garage spot open for one vehicle. It can fit a truck as long as the truck isn’t a diesel truck or lifted. Has a backyard and in a quiet neighborhood. House is furnished while the bedroom is unfurnished.
