Check out this available for move-in January . The condo has a 1st floor lake view, private bedroom and bathroom, on- gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, and gated community. I would be your roommate, residing in the Primary bedroom. The kitchen and living room are furnished for your use. I am a clean, kind, and professional software company leader working from home with an office space in my room.

This is my second year living in this condo and I'm looking for a roommate that is respectful, responsible, and relatively social. I will respect if you prefer your privacy, but I'm also happy to hang out and socialize if you'd like. The furniture pictured in the bedroom will not be there when you move in. This is just a frame of reference for what would fit in the room.

Minimum credit score is required and a male roommate is preferred. No pets are allowed.
