Looking for new space

Description

I just got out of a toxic relationship and I'm rebuilding. I'm self employed and working on my bachelor's degree. Ideally I'd like a small house with a yard, I don't want to pay more than $ with that being the absolute most I'd pay. I want to live alone which is why I'm looking for an entire place.
