My current lease at Park Place apartments in Arlington is /. I am looking for someone to take over from mid-January to the end of the Lease date. The rent for that period of time would be $/ month, not including water, electricity, etc. Those charges are shared with a roommate and average to about ±$ a month. Wifi is included.

This is a shared apartment, the only things shared are the living room and the kitchen, private room, bathroom, and closet. The apartment is pre-furnished, the bedroom includes:
