Excellent space with eat in kitchen; separate pantry room and hallway closet provides plenty of storage space for essentials. Room has bed, mattress, dresser, desk, night stand, television, dorm size refrigerator, and digital door lock. Utilities and wi-fi included. The building is located on a quiet block across the street from a park and high school. It is within walking distance of two bus lines and the Metra South Shore train station. Plenty of street parking is available. No Pets allowed, no smoking, no parties, no overnight guest. $50 fee for Application that includes background check, credit check, and employment verification. The application requires the submission of 2 current pay stubs and a government issued ID.
Rent is month to month, no minimum or maximum. No maid service, you must clean up the bathroom and kitchen when finished.
