Hi!! I am looking for a female to take over my lease, starting in January! The last months rent is prepaid.
About the Apartment:
It is a townhouse with the downstairs being a shared living room and kitchen with a walk in pantry and a nice back patio with a big storage closet. There are two rooms on the second floor with the washer/dryer, and two rooms on the third floor!
-Very walkable, takes me about mins!
- Utilities and wifi is not included, but split between 3 other girls its not much.
-Townhouse comes with a garbage dumpster that is free to use.
-Private bathroom and walk-in closet.
-Located right behind Starbucks and Mcdonald’s.
-Living with 3 really nice and laidback roommates.
-Living with a cat. If you have an animal i think it is a small extra fee!
