Room in 3 bedroom apartment!

Hello. Ive had no luck finding anyone l! I’m hoping I can get lucky on here. I currently have an apartment in Alexandria, MN. My lease runs until August but my job is 5 days a week & is an hour away. Due to those circumstances I’m not even staying there. I’m wondering if anyone is interested in taking my place. My landlord says I need to find another female college student in order to break my lease.

So a little background both my female roommates go to Alexandria Tec along with myself. Rent is $ a month and there’s an electric bill split between everyone in the building that’s $ a month. No pets are allowed, washer and dryer are in the unit, you’ll have your own bedroom and due to size the landlord gave my an extra closet in the hallway and I also have a spot in the 2 car garage right outside the apartment that also has an extra storage room inside.
