Renting room for gentlemen only

Description

I rent a comfortable furnished room to a gentleman (No women, No couples, No kids) in Kissimmee (near the Loop) with a shared bathroom (No Private Bathroom). Complex with a pool and gym. Laundry facilities. Includes utilities and internet. We have two friendly small dogs so we’re looking for a pet friendly tenant, with patience because they are elderly dogs, barking is included. Looking for a long term tenant. Non refundable move in deposit is required.
