Hi, I am moving from my apartment on an urgent road from dec-. I have a lease for july . This is a studio apartment. Monthly rent usd including water,heat and garbage. I do not have a car but you can have your parking area. Electricity is with -ed. Whoever wants to take the sub lease, they can stay dec for free of rent as I will pay my rent for that month, if they want to move. I have security money and usd prepaid rent for the last month of my lease. So from a total of usd who will take that have to give me instead of usd. Also when the sub-leasee will leave s/he can get the extra money from that's security deposit if they keep the apartment neat,clean and do not break anything. I have a microwave, one V-shaped office table and chair, one study table, 2 chairs, one cloth organiser, all utensils, vacuum what I can give in free if the leasee wants to keep or I will dispose of everything before handing over the key. The sub-leasee can come and see the apartment and furniture. Please let me know. is my number. If anyone agrees with this we can talk and then contact mason properties. They have good security and neighbours are very good and friendly. I have my flat on the first floor, not on the road side. So the apartmt is calm.
