Hey there! I’m Austin, and I'm looking for a roommate to join our laid-back and respectful household. It’s just three of us guys, and I finally found some really good roommates, so we’ve got a chill, quiet vibe going on. We're just looking for someone who will fit in well and be considerate of others.

About the House:

Rent: $800/month (includes all utilities & fees)
Room Size: ~10x10 ft with a closet (no pictures yet since my current roommate is still in it, but I’ll have it ready soon).
Painting Option: I’ve got paint available if you’d like to change the color—I've already updated the other bedrooms.

Amenities:

3 fridges, so there’s plenty of room for everyone’s food
Garage for extra storage
Spacious backyard
Lots of cabinet and storage space throughout the house

Pets:
I have a friendly dog named Sidka. She’s super chill, doesn't bark, and gets along with everyone.

One of my roommates is moving to Bend, so I’m looking to fill his spot. This house is more of a relaxing space, not a party spot, so if you’re easy-going and respect personal space, you'll feel right at home here.
