My name is Noelle (they/them) and my roommate Amanda (she/they) and I are looking for a third roommate!

Details: Spacious townhouse in Hillcrest. It is two stories and all three bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the top floor. Rent includes water and trash. Additional monthly expenses are SDGE (gas and electric) and internet. Rent must be paid before the 1st of the month. The available room is unfurnished. Lease goes through end of August (with possibility to extend)

About Us: Amanda works for two local non-profit organizations and Noelle is works for a local organization providing environmental education to youth in San Diego. We are both in our mid-late twenties and are looking for a cleanly and friendly housemate. Communication is super important to us and we are values based people. We are both vaxxed and covid conscious. We are hoping for a cozy and balanced home.
