Need to move asap today

I'm my lease ran out and need a place fast I'm on fixed income and I'm easy going easy to get along with and clean. I keep odd hours but am quite.

Hi I'm years old no kids no pets with me I'm on disability right now steady check but not working. I smoke but will follow all house rules no problem. I play guitar watch Netflix and every once in a while I'll get a gig fixing or repairing something but I am very respectful of the other roommates and will keep common areas free of my things and clean also I am a handyman and an electrician so if the house needs something done I'd be happy to knock it out for discount on my rent that month.
