Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share a b in Points, RiNo, Highlands, or Capitol Hill. I (M) am a WFH financial advisor who travels weeks out of the year. I am looking to move late December or early January and spend between /mo. I enjoy skiing, hiking, going to sporting events, concerts, and (being from Wisconsin) trying local breweries.

I’d prefer another young professional who enjoys the advantages of living in Denver. As long as the common areas aren’t trashed and the rent is paid, I honestly can’t see there being a problem.
