1 furnished room with private bath

Hi! Thought I’d post this here, if any of you know anyone looking!
My boyfriend and I are looking for a female roomie, late s, to rent out a furnished room in my 4bed/bath house near the airport. It would be on the second floor with a private bath and your own tv/living area on the 2nd floor as well. Small gym and laundry, street parking, monthly available, neighborhood pool, no pets preferred (I already have two golden retrievers). $/month, utilities included.
I work from home most days and travel times a month (dogs are boarded). I also love with my boyfriend, who is a full time student and works weekends.
We am super clean and we'll get along great if you keep the common areas picked up 😊
