LARGE TOWNHOUSE! WALKIN CLOSET

hello, my name is Gracie. if you’re a male, i’m not sure sure how you would feel about having a female roommate. of course i would prefer a female roommate but ill take what i can get! I live at Sylvan Ln. in a huge townhouse. It has an unfinished basement that is huge where the washer and dryer is located. Once you go up the stairs, you will find the large dining room, decent sized kitchen with a dishwasher, a half bath and a giant living room. I work from home so I do not leave often, other than to the grocery store, gas station, parents house. The room that I am in is quite larger than yours, but the advantage that you would have is the walk-in closet.. rent is $/month per person. The utilities and the wifi we would split down the middle. I currently have a roommate in the room that would be yours(hence no photos), but she is not on the lease. she has gotten on hard drugs and never has the bill money on time. I have been dealing with this for months having to carry the weight. My landlord says that since she is not on the lease, they can file a ten day emergency eviction on her. She has no money to fight this eviction So basically if you were interested, she would be out in days. Please get back with me and let me know what you think!
