Rental period is for a minimum day stay and goes month-to-month but renewable for longer period. Requires first month, plus $ refundable Security Deposit. Utility such as water, electricity, gas, garbage/ trash removal, wifi, high speed internet connection, and heat/ AC all included in the rent. No cable TV or Dish service is included. Only street parking is available.
