Entire place in Oak Park Avenue & La Placita Way, Butte County, CA, USA

Hi! I’m looking for a lease takeover. I won’t be living in this apartment but it’s an all girls apartment with three other roommates, each with their own bed and bath. The room is completely furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and drawers. There is a common area that includes a good sized kitchen, dining table/chairs, TV, couch, and coffee table. There is also a patio which can fit a couple of chairs. The apartment complex includes a spa, gym, study room, and places to store bikes if needed. There is a parking lot in the complex but one would have to pay; it is also pretty limited but there is a lot of street parking. The unit is on the third floor, unfortunately without an elevator. Everything in the apartment is decently modern since it’s a newer building. The rent is $ plus utilities a month, which is cheaper than a lot of people that are currently going to be living there since I froze my rent payment. The utilities price is a combination of you and your roommates usage of electricity, water, water heater, and other smaller appliances divided into four so each person will be the same amount for utilities.
