My husband and I are in the process of buying our very first home and we’re looking for someone to take over our lease by subletting our 1 bedroom apartment in Jefferson Park ideally starting October fifteenth.The apartment is managed by Dimensions Management and the rent is One Thoughsand Three Hundred Twenty per month. The Dimensions Management requires a minimum credit score of hundred fifty for applicants and for anyone who has a lower credit score, you will need a co-signer who has a stellar credit score and an income of times the amount of the rent. Our current lease is till April thirthieth next year, but you will be able to extend your stay for a month or two or longer or even sign a new lease with Dimensions Management if you are interested. They have an application fee of $/per applicant and a $ processing/move-in fee. The apartment is commuter friendly with the Jefferson Park Blue Line Station just a 5-minute walk away. It is also very close to the I- highways. Our living room and bedroom windows overlook the park and the apartment is only a block away from Jewel-Osco for quick grocery needs. Free street parking right on N Linder Ave and other streets nearby.Honestly, my husband and I have been blessed living here.
