My home is between Newport & Avalon on the Pittwater side. While there is fabulous on demand public transport, it’s an hour to the city & about the same to Manly. It’s a short drive to Avalon, the beaches & really great restaurants & bars. I have 4 bedrooms in total. The house has a huge balcony looking out to Pittwater. There is also a seat table, BBQ & pizza oven. In the kitchen is huge bench space & all new high quality appliances. Each have their own space in the pantry & fridge. The lounge has 2 new Hampton style 3 seater lounges, an open gas log fire. ” TV. Dining area has seat extension dining table with new Hampton style chairs. Table is English Oak. Upstairs is new carpet. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, new queen bed & side tables, room for a desk. an aerial port for a tv & Pittwater views through large window with plantation shutters. The bathroom is large with a double vanity, shower, huge spa & heated towel rail. Separate toilet is also new. There is 5G unlimited data internet. The house is large with plenty space for privacy. One house is in the downstairs room. She is the manager at a local highly successful restaurant in Newport and now also Avalon & works 6 days & nights. I work in Bondi Junction 2 from home.
