I’m a year old biological female but I identify as nonbinary. I need to be out of my current living situation by July st. I have a /month budget for rent until I can obtain a second job. I’m not exchanging sex or anything illegal for a place to stay so don’t even try it. I can exchange cleaning or cooking/other domestics if that is a deal that can be worked out. I have a boyfriend that I would like to see and have over on the regular so if that’s an issue, don’t bother responding. I’m open to male roommates but the second any creepy behavior is red flagged I’m leaving and probably seeing what I can do about putting you on a list. Respect my boundaries and respect my space. I want clean roommates who are respectful and mature. If you just know for a fact you’ve had multiple tenants leave YOU or you have issues with people just do not reach out to me. I have expectations for the people I’m living with. I’m desperate but that doesn’t mean I’m just gonna let you be awful. Clean, respectful, and also I don’t want any “best friend” business. I’m for a place to LIVE. I am not a therapist or anything of the sort. I’m not your keeper. If we click and both vibe with being friends that’s different but I’ve had enough roommate experiences where my boundaries weren’t respected and relationships were pushed that I didn’t want. I’m a private person for the most part and I don’t trust easy. I can be civil and respectful of course but if that’s all I want, I’d like that to be respected.
