Nature hiking trails and the flint river in the back yard. ***** to clear some misleading info it is a 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom apartment I’m looking for a roommate. The whole unit is $ I’m only asking $ need someone to replace my ex so she can finally get off the lease. Security deposit is $ I paid the full and you’ll get that back when you move out when our lease ends. It’s a great price for high end living. I’m a roommate that will cook and hangout. If you help furnish the apartment I’ll drop the rent accordingly
